THE PROCESS :
3 parts – Citrus fruits peels
1 part – Jaggery/molasses
10 parts – Water
1 part – The previous batch of bio enzyme (Optional) – to speed up the fermentation process from 3 months to 1 month.
Mix everything in an airtight plastic container and store it in a dark corner. Open lid every day for few seconds for 10 days. Post that, do this every alternate day. After 3 months the liquid will be ready. If using the yeast then it will be ready after 1 month. Strain it and use the liquid as a floor cleaner, glass cleaner, dishwashing, laundry, and toilet cleanings. Use the residue to scrub hard stains. Do try it!
